Awesome people who were just so onto-it and professional - we felt we were in very good hands and are delighted with our new hot-water heat pump and radiator central heating. Peter and Olly were good company and always thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each day. It was a big job with a few challenges (getting a new cylinder and the new control boxes into a tight cupboard was a biggie, plus some tricky under-house access) but they made everything work, and as my husband said, our new pipework is beautiful! The communication from their team was professional and clear. They started the job exactly when they said they would. While carrying out the work we were very impressed with how tidy they were and how little impact the installation had as we stayed in the house during installation. We were really impressed that Flow replaced one of the heater panels that had a minor scratch which we hadn’t even noticed. It is a good reflection of the pride they take in their work. Overall the decision to put in radiators was one of the best decisions we made since moving into this house. Prior to radiators we had a number of heatpumps which would dry out the air, the heat from the radiators is much more even and provides a constant comfortable ambient temperature. Overall I’d strongly recommend using Simon and the team from Flow.

We had a full system of 11 radiators, heatpump, hotwater cylinder, thermostat/hub installed in our house by Flow Plumbing and Heating. The results have been transformational. The house is now warm & cosy in every room and the heat generated by the radiators is a lot more "warming" than the pitiful output from the previous two heatpumps. I honestly don't know why radiators are not more common in NZ like they are in other parts of the world. I was hugely impressed by the workmanship of the installer (Peter) and his apprentice. He didn't cut corners and took the time to get everything installed neatly and professionally. Great job and a very happy customer.
