Flow designed and installed radiator central heating for us in June 2020. This was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We can now use every area of the house all throughout winter – not more spot heating and avoiding areas because it’s too cold. The radiators Flow recommends/supplies provides such a nice, clean heat, it doesn’t feel like you have a “heater” in every room. The radiators are sized perfectly for each room, with a range of sizes, and ability to individually change the heat output. The install team were particularly great. Whilst install was necessarily disruptive, the team made it as easy as possible with the needs of me and my newborn. 100% recommend.

Simon, Stevie and Miceal have being exceptional from day 1. When I decide to install radiators home I got several business to come over my place to give me their opinion on how install radiators in my 1900 old house. Only Flow crew was able to immediately come with a very clear plan and show great competence in the field. Really a great team work and exception competence. Stevie and Miceal have a quite extensive experience in heating systems and radiators which is quite hard to find here in town. I really appreciated the customer care from the quote throughout the installation process, and the ability to have always a positive approach toward any request or unexpected complexity coming from the layout of the house. They also went above and beyond to clean up after themselves each day, even when we were saying this wasn’t necessary. Chris and Michael from Flow Plumbing have just finished installing central heating, with 7 radiators in my house and small apartment downstairs. I would definitely recommend Flow Plumbing to anyone considering central heating. The whole process has been smooth and very professionally managed with no problems at any stage. The installation was done without any mess in the house and the finished job looks very nice and works perfectly. The components (boiler, radiators etc) are all very good quality. I am very pleased that we finally got gas central heating installed – I only wish we had done it years ago! Will be using Flow again in the future if we ever move house, but for now we wil just enjoy our toasty warm house and endless hot water this winter! I just had the system serviced after a year – there were no problems and they adjusted it to make it work even better!

Flow replaced a central heating boiler installed by the previous owner of our place. Firstly they were able to provide a quote within a day or so by sending them pictures of the current setup. Then they were available quickly to install and do some repair work to pipes etc. All pretty easy, and Chris who did the installation was real helpful in general, and in getting the wifi and app sorted for boiler control. No surprises on how good Flow are given their 4.9 overall rating.

We had a full system of 11 radiators, heatpump, hotwater cylinder, thermostat/hub installed in our house by Flow Plumbing and Heating. The results have been transformational. The house is now warm & cosy in every room and the heat generated by the radiators is a lot more “warming” than the pitiful output from the previous two heatpumps. I honestly don’t know why radiators are not more common in NZ like they are in other parts of the world. I was hugely impressed by the workmanship of the installer (Peter) and his apprentice. He didn’t cut corners and took the time to get everything installed neatly and professionally. Great job and a very happy customer.
